The representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Armenia visited the city of Jermuk, where they will get acquainted with the damages caused to the civil infrastructure of the city as a result of the attack of Azerbaijan and will receive information about the operational situation on the spot.

 "If we are here, then it is the direction where the enemy had some success as a result of his offensive operations and entered the sovereign territory of RA with a front 8.5 km wide and up to 7.5 km deep," Edward Asryan, head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces said.

According to him, these penetrations were carried out by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in groups and detachments, and certain groups and detachments of them are under the control of the local units and are also under siege.

"Currently, the groups of Azerbaijani Armed Forces units are located 4.5 km from the gates of Jermuk city," Edward Asryan emphasized.

The Head of the General Staff stated that the crimes (by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces) were carried out in all directions of the attack. One of the diplomatic representatives asked to provide details about these crimes, to which Asryan said that he would transfer the videos to them in the end.
