The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has issued a statement according to which on the evening of July 9 the units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire on Azerbaijani positions on the border with Tavush.

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia reports that the information is false.

“The Armenian side didn′t open fire,” the Ministry of Defense reports.
