The statement spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on July 13, at 21:34-21:45, units of the Artsakh Defence Army opened fire on Azerbaijani positions located in Shushi is false.

“The units of the Defence Army continue to observe the ceasefire regime and don′t resort to actions that destabilize the situation,” the press service of the Artsakh Defence Army said in a statement.
