The information spread by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry that on August 13, at around 02:30, units of the Defence Army opened fire in the direction of the villages of Yukhari Veysalli, Sghnakh, as well as Azerbaijani positions located near Shushi, is fake. This was reported by the Artsakh Defence Army.

It’s obvious that the Azerbaijani side is preparing the ground for further provocative actions with such statements.

The units of the Defence Army strictly observe the ceasefire regime.
