A number of untrue information is circulating in the press in connection with the incident that took place on August 19 in Syunik region. We strongly urge you to follow only the official information, not to spread false information about the causes of the incident, especially about the injuries received by the killed servicemen. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

Dissemination of such information is beneficial only to the enemy. An investigation is underway, which will fully clarify all the circumstances of the case, and the relevant information will be properly provided to the public.
