pastinfo.am: The Azerbaijani side continues to keep the Goris-Kapan interstate road closed. This was stated by Gevorg Parsyan, the mayor of Kapan.

According to him, at the moment negotiations on the opening of the road are not underway.

“The road remains closed for now. Negotiations were held at night, our citizens and cars were taken out, after which it was decided that the negotiations should be continued today. There are no other details about the time yet,” Gevorg Parsyan said.
