The trilateral negotiations on the opening of the Goris-Kapan interstate road between the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani sides ended yesterday to no avail and will continue today. This was reported by Gevorg Parsyan, the Mayor of Kapan.

According to him there is no exact time when the negotiations will resume. Gevorg Parsyan also informed that representatives of the border troops are participating in the negotiations on the Armenian side.
