On September 1, at around 11:10, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces once again resorted to provocation, opening fire on Armenian positions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the direction of Yeraskh. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

As a result of the Azerbaijani provocation, an Armenian serviceman was killed.
