Robert Kocharyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh․

“Dear residents of Artsakh,

I warmly congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh.

As a result of the 44-day war Artsakh has suffered heavy losses and is now facing great uncertainty. The key to preserving the statehood of Artsakh is your will to live on your own land.

I’m sure that you are aware of the seriousness of the current situation. Together we must do everything possible to protect the Republic of Artsakh”.
