On September 13, Sergey Ghazaryan, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Artsakh to the Republic of Armenia,  received Baroness Caroline Cox and the delegation headed by her. This was reported by the representation of Artsakh in Armenia.

Issues related to the situation around Artsakh and the displaced people of Artsakh, as well as the problems of post-war Artsakh were discussed.

During the second part of the visit Baroness Cox and the members of the delegation met with the displaced persons of Artsakh temporarily living in Armenia and family members of killed during the 44-day war.
