The Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that Moscow is waiting for a response from Baku and Yerevan on the issues of border delimitation. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

“We are closely following the situation on certain sections of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It once again confirms the need to start the process of delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border as soon as possible,” Zakharova said at a briefing.

She noted that Russian proposals on this issue were transmitted to both Baku and Yerevan. 

“We expect a quick response to shape the future course,” Zakharova said.
