On September 23, in New York, within the framework of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a meeting with French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

Among other issues discussed, the sides expressed mutual intention to continue working to stabilize the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, primarily in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group.
