The meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister is not planned, this was stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.

Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said that after the elections, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made several encouraging statements, and the Turkish president took them with approval.

“We initially wanted the region to turn into a peaceful region after the war. Azerbaijan made a proposal for peace, but Armenia didn’t give a positive response to it. We will coordinate with Azerbaijan the steps to normalize relations with Armenia,” he said.
