Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili suggested Azerbaijan and Armenia to act as a mediator.

 

“We offer a platform that we plan to create in Tbilisi,” Garibashvili said. He recalled that in June, with the mediation of Georgia, 15 Armenian POWs returned to Armenia in exchange for mine maps.
