On September 28, at about 11:30, an Armenian serviceman received a gunshot wound by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the direction of combat positions in the Gegharkunik region, in particular, in the village of Kut. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
