“In general, Azerbaijan supports the establishment of relations with all countries based on the principle of respecting each other’s international borders, which is the main position of our country. In particular, we have stated our readiness to settle relations with Armenia on the basis of the principle of international law and to start negotiations on delimitation. The delimitation process is a bilateral process, and the positive signals received recently from the opposite side give hope for a constructive development of this process,” spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Lelya Abdullayeva.
