EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar will visit Yerevan, Tbilisi and Baku.

“The EU is engaged to work with its partners for a South Caucasus that is prosperous and at peace,” Klaar wrote on Twitter.
