As a result of the negotiations in Shushi held on October 18, Azerbaijan handed over remains to the Armenian side. This was reported by the State Service of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh.

The identity will be established after a forensic medical examination.

Since November 13, 2020 as a result of search operations and the exchange of corpses a total of 1 686 remains have been found, including civilians.
