Azerbaijan is ready to normalize relations with Armenia and attaches importance to the implementation of the trilateral statement on Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated in the message of the country’s Foreign Ministry, TASS reports.

“The basis of Azerbaijan’s long-term vision strategy is to ensure stable peace, development and progress. By eliminating the factor of occupation of its territories, Azerbaijan is ready to settle relations with Armenia with strict observance of the principles of international law, in particular sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of international borders,” the statement reads.
