Today we received information that at around 15:00, the Azerbaijani side fired at civilians working on water pipes at an intersection near the city of Shushi, the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh reports.

4 civilians were taken to the Stepanakert hospital, 1 of whom died, 3 are receiving medical care.
