The opposition has been holding a protest rally in front of the government building since this morning against the installation of Azerbaijani customs posts on the Goris-Kapan road.

During the rally, the situation escalated when the police didn’t allow the opposition MPs participating in the rally to approach the government building. The police began to arrest the citizens.

The police reported Infocom that 16 people were arrested at the government building.
