Armenia has sent a written notification to the Russian Federation on the acceptance of Russia’s proposal, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Andranik Kocharyan said this. 

“I’m somewhat aware of this and I can say that we are talking about starting from the zero point. Armenia has given its consent to participate in the process. It’s too early to talk about the content at the moment, we are talking about the beginning of preparatory work,” Kocharyan said.
