Today at around 13:00, the Azerbaijani servicemen entered the neutral zone located next to the administrative territory of the city of Chartar in the Martuni district of Artsakh, used violence against a resident of the same city, a citizen of Artsakh, Seyran Sarkissian (born in 1956), after which Sarkissian was deliberately killed, the Nation Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh reports.

 

Cameras installed on the Artsakh side recorded the circumstances of the incident and the criminal actions of the Azerbaijanis.
