Yegishe Kirakosyan, the Representative of the Republic of Armenia before the ECHR, wrote on his Twitter.

“The UN International Court of Justice granted almost all the provisional measures requested by Armenia against Azerbaijan, and rejected the majority of Azerbaijan’s requested measures. Armenia welcomes the orders and looks forward to their practical implementation by Azerbaijan and its high ranking officials.”
