Arman Tatoyan, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia, met with acting UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia Lila Pieters Yahia.

During the meeting, Arman Tatoyan noted that Azerbaijani armed servicemen violate the rights of border residents of Armenia on a daily basis, grossly violating UN requirements, so they must leave in order to ensure a normal life for people.
