Azerbaijan reports on the arrest of citizen Mamedov Emil Ramizoglu, who allegedly “cooperated with the special services of Armenia”.

“In exchange for material benefits, Emil Mamedov met with employees of the Armenian special services on the territory of a third country in order to assist them in fulfilling the instructions of representatives of foreign special services. …He received instructions to collect information that could be used to the detriment of the state security of Azerbaijan,” the State Security Service of Azerbaijan reports.
