On March 21, at 23:00, the NKR InfoCenter reported that due to the direct intervention of the Azerbaijani side, the gas supply to the Republic of Artsakh was stopped again. 

Negotiations are underway with Azerbaijan to restore gas supply, Seyran Mikayelyan, Executive Director of “Artsakhgas” CJSC said. “During the repair work, a valve was installed. We reported that to the Russian peacekeepers.”
