Russia aims to further develop relations with Azerbaijan, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov said at a press conference, TASS reports.

“The signing of the declaration on allied cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan leads to a new stable level. Russia aims to further develop allied relations between the countries,” the Russian diplomat said.
