Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that “Azerbaijan fully complies with the points of the trilateral statement” and that Azerbaijan’s invasion of Artsakh was a “defensive reaction.”

“Azerbaijan’s actions fully comply with the principles of the trilateral agreement. Therefore, there are no violations on the part of Azerbaijan.”

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, commenting on the recent events in Artsakh, noted: “Since there was an attack on Azerbaijan, there was also a defensive response.”

Erdogan stressed that “at the moment, the main thing is the complete withdrawal of the Armenian armed forces from the internationally recognized territory of Azerbaijan in accordance with the provisions of the trilateral statement.”
