EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar informed that he held telephone conversations with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan and Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev.

“EU fully supports engagement between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Klaar wrote on Twitter.
