It’s extremely important to ensure the security of Nagorno-Karabakh, the key factor of which is the uninterrupted and unhindered operation of the Lachin corridor, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the government session.

“In this regard, the contribution of the Russian peacekeeping contingent to the NK is important, but on the other hand, in a number of episodes we see the need to increase the effectiveness of peacekeepers,” he said.

Pashinyan said that he had informed President f Nagorno-Karabakh about the content of his Moscow talks on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

“This practice is not new: I have always done this, after negotiations in Russia, Europe, Armenia, and the President of Artsakh, in turn, presented the results of these negotiations to the political elite of Artsakh. This practice will always continue, and after each round of negotiations, I share detailed information with various political circles, and have always been willing to share this content with the parliamentary opposition, but they constantly refuse such discussions for obvious reasons in order to create legends about various conspiracy theories and put these legends as a basis their activities,” Pashinyan said.
