What is happening in Armenia is an internal matter of the country, but Moscow is interested in resolving the situation as soon as possible, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson of Russian President, told reporters today.

“It is completely an internal matter of Armenia. Armenia is our ally, our partner in several important integration formats for us, and our good friend. Therefore, of course, we are interested in this stage being completed in Armenia as soon as possible and the stability stage being approved again, which will allow us to move step by step towards the implementation of the trilateral agreements on Karabakh,” Peskov said.
