On May 12, the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan took place in Dushanbe.
The sides exchanged views on unblocking regional communications and economic ties, the formation of a commission on delimitation and border security and an agreement on normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Ararat Mirzoyan confirmed the position of the Armenian side regarding security, guaranteeing the rights of the Armenians of Artsakh within the framework of a comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as the status of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The Armenian Foreign Minister also stressed the importance of resolving humanitarian problems created as a result of the 44-day war as soon as possible, including the need for the immediate repatriation of Armenian POWs.
