Moscow is ready to contribute to the work of Baku and Yerevan in clarifying the common border and has concrete proposals, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at the meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Lenta.ru reports.

According to Lavrov, Russia can provide consulting services to two commissions created by both sides for the demarcation and delimitation of the border.

He also promised to unblock transport communications in the region, noting progress in this direction.

“We have a common understanding of how to solve the problem of organizing the movement of cars in the most convenient way so that artificial obstacles are not created,” Lavrov said, adding that he is consulting with Armenia on this issue.
