1lurer.am: The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Baku visited Armenians detained in Azerbaijan.
During a regular visit in June, ICRC representatives helped the captives reach out to their families through letters, phone calls, and video messages.
The information was provided to ‘Lurer’ by Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia.
Azerbaijan confirms the captivity of 38 people.
