UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is concerned about reports of increasing tension in Nagorno-Karabakh and calls on the parties to exercise restraint. As TASS reports,  Stéphane Dujarric, press secretary of the UN Secretary-General, said this in a briefing.

“The Secretary-General follows with concern the latest reports about the tension in and around Nagorno Karabakh. We cannot verify that data now,” Dujarric said.
 
He also added: “We call on parties to express restraint and resolve all existing issues through dialogue.”
