The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, confirmed that on August 3, he carried out an attack against Artsakh and threatened with new military operations.

“The act of “retribution” is a “way of punishment”. If they make such a provocation, the answer will be the same. No one can disturb us, no one can stop us,” Aliyev said in an interview with AZTV.

“We can carry out any action at any time on our land. The effectiveness and short duration of the “Retribution” operation show that we have strength, at the same time, we do not want a new war, because the second Karabakh war showed our strength, we achieved what we wanted by military, then military-political means. We will realize our other dreams when the time comes,” Aliyev stated.
