As a result of the explosion in “Surmalu” shopping center, 26 people are receiving medical care in various medical centers.

As of 15:00, 14 of them were taken to Shengavit Medical Center, 5 received first aid and were discharged, Ministry of Heath reports.

3 people were transferred to “Armenia” Medical Center, 4 to “Surb Astvatmayr” Medical Center, 4 to “Erebuni” Medical Center, and 6 to the University Hospital No. 1. All victims are receiving the necessary medical care.

Unfortunately, one citizen passed away.

The ministry also informs that the information spread  on the Internet about the death of a 5-year-old child are not true.
