After the “Surmalu” shopping center tragedy, the number of wanted decreased by 1. Armen Pambukhchyan, RA Minister of Emergency Situations reported. 

“Relatives contacted the citizen of the Russian Federation, whom we were looking for, and it turned out that he had undergone surgery in completely different conditions. He is in the hospital, we could get in touch with him,” Pambukhchyan added that the number of wanted has become 2.

“We have found 16 bodies, one of which has not been identified, so we assume that if the identity of one of the 2 missing people is found, one will remain missing,” he said.

The Minister of Emergency Situations also informed that, according to preliminary data, there were about 4 tons of explosives in the “Surmalu” shopping center before the explosion.
