On August 16 Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree, according to which mourning days were announced in the Republic of Artsakh on August 17 and 18, 2022 in memory of the victims of the large explosion and fire that took place on August 14 in Yerevan, the press service of the office of the Artsakh President reports.
The heads of all state departments and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Artsakh were instructed to lower the state flag on the days of mourning in Artsakh and its representations abroad.
