Artur Avetisyan, the head of Yerevan Municipality’s control department, was dismissed from his position. The mayor of Yerevan announced this today during the procedural meeting.

Avetisyan was appointed head of the control department in April 2019.

From October 9 to December 5, 2018, he held the position of head of the Tavush Regional Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee. In December 2018, he was appointed the temporary acting head of the Yerevan Municipality’s staff control department.
