More than 90 people were interrogated in the framework of the criminal proceedings initiated in connection with the explosion and the fire of the “Surmalu” shopping center, the RA Investigative Committee reports.

According to the same source, as a result of the explosion, 72 citizens received various degrees of injuries, 16 of them died, and 32 citizens suffered property damage. As of now, there were 50 victims.
The Investigative Committee informs there are no accused.

As part of the criminal proceedings, forensic and complex examinations were appointed.
