Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, First Deputy Minister of Defense, Major General Edward Asryan watched the final stage of the “Tank Biathlon” competition held within the framework of the International Army Games on August 27 at the “Alabino” training camp near Moscow.

As reported by the RA Ministry of Defense, Major General Edward Asryan also visited the House of Friendship, toured the pavilions representing the history and culture of the countries participating in the “International Army Games”, met and talked with the Armenian servicemen who participated in the “Tank Biathlon” competition.

According to the source, at the end of the day, Major General Edward Asryan participated in the closing ceremony of the Eighth International Army Games and the awarding of the winners. This year, the team of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was declared the winner of the “Tank Biathlon” competition and the International Army Games.
