According to preliminary information, in 2022 On September 6, around 10:15 p.m., a soldier of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan fired a shot in the direction of a combat position in the guard area of ​​the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense, as a result of which the mandatory conscript of the same military unit Arman Sargsyan received a fatal gunshot wound in the head.
