armenpress.am: The Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan addressed the tension on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, calling on the parties to resolve the situation through negotiations.

“Uzbekistan is sure that all issues and problems should be resolved on the basis of peaceful negotiations, as well as on the basis of earlier agreements, consultations, and international law,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan issued a message about this.

“We hope for maximum restraint and call on the parties to resort to political and diplomatic negotiations in order to stabilize the situation,” the message emphasizes.
