Today, PACE discussed the issue of “Military operations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, including attacks on settlements and civil infrastructures”.

Ruben Rubinyan, Vladimir Vardanyan, Eduard Aghajanyan, Sona Ghazaryan, Arusyak Julhakyan, Armen Gevorgyan, Armen Rustamyan and Hayk Mamijanyan are participating in the fourth part of the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
