The head of the PACE Armenian delegation, Ruben Rubinyan, presented the video of his speech at the PACE on his Facebook page, noting:

“Today, the latest Azerbaijani aggression against Armenia was discussed at the PACE session. The representatives of all political groups, and the international partners who spoke, unequivocally condemned the Azerbaijani attack on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.”
