The President of the European Council Charles Michel welcpmds the rapid deployment of monitoring capacity in Armenia along its international border with Azerbaijan following meeting with Ilham Aliyev, Nikol Pashinyan and Emmanuel Macron.

“It will help build confidence and allow EU to better support border commissions which will convene shortly in Brussels,” he wrote on Twitter.
