The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly the units of the RA Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions on October 21 is another misinformation.
 
According to the press secretary of the RA Ministry of Defense, as of 10:40, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively stable.
