Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union in the South Caucasus, arrived in Armenia. He announced this on Twitter.

“Beautiful, somewhat cold morning in Yerevan. It’s been a while,” Klaar wrote, without giving further details.

It should be reminded that Toivo Klaar arrived in Armenia for the last time after the last Azerbaijani aggression on September 13.

On September 14, Toivo Klaar met with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku.

And on September 15, the EU special representative had a meeting in Yerevan with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, as well as the Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan.
